STILL HAVE PLANTING TO DO

Don't know exactly why but I still feel like crap.  My side is still hurting and I have plants that have to get planted.  So my DH was so kind as to at least empty the old dirt and plants from the pots I needed to use.

And the Hydrangeas, is that spelled right, anyway they are really pretty right now.  I intended to move them, but never got it done so I have to wait until the season is over.  So for now, they are here but pretty.

I STILL DON'T FEEL GOOD

Still had the pain in my side, so today it was off to the doctor.

He doesn't know what's wrong, but Shingles was a bit of a possibility so we started on meds for that. Lord knows I don't want to do the Shingles thing again.  But, if that isn't it then he just doesn't know and I will try something else.  He also thought it could be muscular or maybe intestinal.

THIS WHOLE THING REALLY PISSES ME OFF!!!!!

I just don't think this was something that had to happen and it makes me mad.  Everybody in the government seems so inept they should just all be kicked out.  I think all of us untrained people could do a better job.

LAST NIGHT ENDED WITH A VERY VERY BAD PHONE CALL

As soon as we got home from our dinner with Sandra and Peter we got a call from our Daughter in law that our son was in the hospital and had just had a HEART ATTACK.

Needless to say, that was a really bad night and today was spent at the hospital.

But he's okay, Thank God!

VISIT WITH SANDRA AND PETER

My very longest friend and her significant other were in town tonight and we met at Oar house for dinner.
It was a great visit and I really like Peter.  Sandra seems very happy and that makes me happy.  Oddly we were so busy talking I forgot to get their picture but here's one off her FB.

We ate at the Oar House in Rockwall.  DH and I have always loved the food there.

The restaurant is built in an old house and has lots of good character.

It was a good and too short visit.

FOUR LINED PLANT BUG

This is a four lined plant bug.

It seems that all my plants, well the biggest majority of them seem to be his favorite place to be as he is on most everything I am trying to grow.  I shall destroy him.  The battle begins tomorrow!

A TYPICAL STRESSFUL SPRING DAY

Tornado weather today. None right here but just to the south.

Midlothian, just south of Dallas.

I HATE spring in Texas. !!!!!!!!!!!

WE SHOULD HAVE HIRED HOLMES

What should have been a simple hole drilled into a simple wall and they f******** it up.

There is only supposed to be one nice, neat little hole.
Not only that. They were going to try to COVER IT UP with a wood block.

Now they are going to have to have the wallpaper replaced. I'm not sure who told these guys they were carpenters, but they need to find another career.

On top of that. They weren't even going to tell me about it. I hate that most of all.

LET'S TRY A NEW PLACE

We decided to try the Golf Club up the street's restaurant for Breakfast today.

It was a pretty day and not too hot.

We ate outside on the patio. It would have been really pleasant except for there were several kids running wild.

The only time he or any of them sat down.

But we still enjoyed it and will probably go back soon.

Well this was just a day like any other. DH and I watched a movie "The lovely Bones" it was weird.

But here's another pretty flower from my yard.

Otherwise, just started on learning my new camera and washed.

MY HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Transcript from my Mothers day  texts with my son.  I was out of town and he forgot I had told him.  So I never got the present.  We did at least have lunch and it was very nice.

Text Messages the next day:

Me:  Do you think I could at least get a picture of the present?

Him:  Kinda starting to wilt...

Me:  So? You keeping them?

Me:  Yeah pretty sad looking. But I did tell you I wasn't going to be around that day so you could plan accordingly. Sorry you forgot.

A SAD DAY

Today was a hard day for me. I just think that my family is falling apart just because my father is trying to take care of Mother all by himself and needs help badly only he won't admit it.

So here are some more pretty flowers from my yard to cheer me up :)

I am really sad that our wonderful family has come to this.

MOTHER'S DAY

Got up early and my sister and I went to Mother's for the day even though I had just seen her Friday.

It was really tiring and a little sad as it has been for a while now.

We had hamburgers for lunch at 5:00 pm then just went home.
